I've spent over 22 years in financial services, including 18 years with Santander before setting up Jen Wilson Mortgages. Today, I help clients across England with everything from first-time buyer mortgages and home moves to remortgages, buy-to-let investments, portfolio landlords, specialist lending and protection.

I'm known for keeping things simple, speaking plain English instead of mortgage jargon, and being the person who'll happily chase estate agents, lenders and solicitors when things aren't moving as they should. My clients know they can pick up the phone, send me a WhatsApp or ask me the questions they think are "silly" - because I promise they never are.

For me, this isn't about completing another mortgage application. It's about helping you move forward with confidence, knowing someone is looking after your best interests from start to finish.
